How to: Move just the label for a control on a form.
Solution:
In the Form Design view, select the move handle on the label and move the label to the desired location.
1) If the Database window is not active, activate the Database window.
2) Click the 'Forms' tab in the Database window.

3) Select the desired form from the list box. (The selected form is highlighted.)
4) Click 'Design'. (The selected form appears in the Design view and the floating Toolbox appears.)
5) To move just a label for a control:
a) Click on label to select. (Move handles appear on both controls, located in the upper right-hand corner of each control, and handles appear around the label)

b) Move the cursor on the move handle of the label. (The cursor becomes an upward pointing hand.)
NOTE: To move an attached label to another section without moving the control, use Cut and Paste. A label moved to another section is no longer related to the control.
